All sales are final and no refund will be issued. This is due to the custom hand made nature of our products.
We offer replacement for defective items within 30 days of purchase date. To receive consideration for a replacement, please provide photo evidence of the defect to contact@minnesotamooncustoms.com. We will review the defect in question and may require the item to be returned to us at customer’s expense. If we determine a replacement is required we will send one at no additional cost to the customer, to the original address of purchase.
